Job profile
- Support / renewal / expansion of the IT infrastructure
- Installation & configuration of hardware & software incl. updates
- Supervision of employees in IT topics incl. user support (logistics SW, Office, various HW)
- Coordination when external IT service providers need to become active
- Classification, if necessary repair of hardware defects, RMA processing
Documentation
- Macro programming or development of apps and scripts
- Requirement profile
- Good secondary school leaving certificate or Abitur
- Willingness to learn and curiosity for tech. topics
- Deep interest in hardware & software
- Previous knowledge of PCs and Windows operating systems
- Quick comprehension and ability to work independently
- Communication and teamwork skills
